You may have what you’d call a “busy mind” and regularly feel guilty, anxious and physically exhausted. You may also feel lonely as you try to balance the demands of your life, but are often trying to figure things out on your own.

I ignored myself for 20 years, and I’d like to talk to you about how you can create a new normal that’s just right for you.

Most of my work is with people like you: women who are high achievers and who want to do it all.

Busy women with many ideas, who want to do lots of different things, and who also have many demands placed on them.

They function at this level for as long as they can, and then something happens that stops them. They get overwhelmed, stressed, burnt out or sick.

We work together to shift a fundamental misunderstanding that people have about where their experience of life comes from.

Why is this important?

Because this misunderstanding leads us to believe that the dissatisfaction we feel about our life will be fixed by getting something, changing our circumstances, or changing ourselves or someone else: for example, a new job, a holiday, less stress, a new partner.

Seeing through this misunderstanding is a game changer and leads to … space … a quiet mind … inspiration … possibility … peace… productivity with ease.

The Space to Thrive Coaching Programme

There are two ways to work with me and you get to pick the style that suits you best. A fully immersive 3 day Coaching Intensive or coaching spread over 6 months. Details are below.

• We look at how you can operate from a very different place, one that leads to inspiration, possibility, peace and productivity with ease

• Learn to fall in love with your life

 

3 Day Intensive 

 

  • We meet for three days in a central London location and then have two follow up coaching calls.
  • Sessions in the morning and afternoon are each 2-3 hours long.
  • Material to read or listen to is provided.
  • Snacks and drinks are included.

6-Month Coaching 

 

  • ​Two 60 minute coaching calls a month via phone, Skype or Zoom.
  • In addition to the coaching sessions, you will have unlimited email and short 15 minutes phone call support if needed.
