WHAT THE PATH INCLUDES

An opening session
90 minutes to begin. We map the full picture — where you are, what you want to create, and what's been standing between you and it. This session sets the direction for everything that follows.

Weekly one-to-one sessions
Sixty minutes, every week, for 12 weeks. Enough time to go deep. Enough consistency to make it stick. Each session builds on what came before — practising and applying what you're learning, while staying with whatever is most alive for you that week.

Notes after every session
A short written note sent after each call — what we worked with, what moved, what to carry forward. Something to return to when the week gets busy and the insight starts to slip.

Practices and personal audios
As and when they're relevant, I'll suggest specific practices drawn from different approaches — ways of staying with what's opening up rather than closing it back down. And if something feels particularly sticky between sessions, I'll create a short personalised audio to help you work through it — something to return to until it shifts

A mid-programme review
At the halfway point we pause to look at what's shifted, what's still live, and what the second half needs to focus on. A chance to recalibrate — and to notice how far you've already come.
